These Terms of Use govern your use of www.countontools.com (the “Site”), operated by Stonecreed Holding LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site offers free calculators and reference information about grades, GPAs, test scores, reading fluency and school-year dates.

Accuracy

We build each tool from rules published by the organization it is about, and we check them against those sources. Rules change, and organizations can apply their own rules to an individual case. Results are for information only. Always confirm anything important with the school, test maker or organization that sets the rule. Official score reports and transcripts always take precedence over our results.

Free tools and calculators

Using the tools does not create any professional, advisory or client relationship. The tools do not predict admission decisions and are not admission, academic, legal or financial advice.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Site's operation, or copy substantial parts of the Site to republish it as your own.

No affiliation or endorsement

CountOnTools is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any school, test maker, application service or other organization named on the Site. Names are used only to identify what a tool is about and remain the trademarks of their owners.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Stonecreed Holding LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its results.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CountOnTools, its operators and Stonecreed Holding LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent needed, and the rest stays in effect.

Changes

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time. We may update these terms from time to time; changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
