CountOnTools (“we”, “us”) is operated by Stonecreed Holding LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect when you use www.countontools.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• What you type into a calculator. Grades, scores and other numbers you enter are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. If you use “Share with my numbers”, your numbers are placed in the link you share, so anyone with the link can see them.
• Emails you send us. If you email us (for example to report a problem with a page), we receive your email address and whatever you write.
• Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

We do not have user accounts and we do not ask for your name, school or date of birth to use any tool.

How we use information

• To run the site and keep it secure
• To answer messages and correct mistakes you report

Analytics and cookies

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, this policy will describe them, with a new “Last updated” date, from the day they start.

Service providers

We use service providers to host the site (Vercel) and handle email. They process information on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect information but cannot guarantee its security. We keep emails for as long as needed to handle them.

Children

The site is meant for students, parents and teachers; some tools (reading fluency, school entry dates and private-school admission tests) are used by families and teachers of younger children. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
